This is my favourite rolled pineapple tarts and I only get this once a year. They are made by one of my SILs. She knows that I love them and she will give me a container just for ME! 
Today, I asked her for the recipe…IT IS SO SIMPLE!!! I should have asked earlier. 
250g Pure Butter
1 Egg
400g Flour
That’s it.
