Pizza Dough Recipe

dough

Better than Pizza Hut’s dough. Trust me. Got this recipe from my family chef, Mr Soba Singh. :D

The Ingredient:
330ml Warm Water
2 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Sugar
(Dissolve the above in the warm water and wait till the yeast rises)

About 400g-500g of Flour
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
50g Corn Meal

Mix everything and knead for 10 minutes. Then cover with a cloth for 1 hour. After that, punch and knead again before rolling it flat to be placed on the pizza baking tray.

Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich is nutritious, easy and simple to prepare. This is my version of the simplest Egg Mayo Sandwich. All you need is hard boil egg, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar and bread. Some will add cheese spread and mustard to their Egg Mayo Sandwich like what OrganicSamm did. But as for me, I don’t like mustard and cheese spread is way too rich for this already rich in protein sandwich.

Hard boiled Eggs

mash

Get your children to help you mash the eggs. They would really enjoy this but you have to be there for mess control! haha

mayo

Add a few spoons of mayonnaise, a sprinkle of salt, pepper and sugar.

egg mayo

Nah! This is how an Egg Mayo looks like. Looks yucky right? But it sure taste yummy and creamy.

bread

Just spread them on a slice of bread and enjoy this simple and quick fixed breakfast; Egg Mayo Sandwich. :)

Honey Donut

donuts

Honey Donut! Where art thou?

The last I saw you was at Tesco and now, you are gone from Tesco and I am still searching for you.

Living in Malacca, we do not have J.Co Donut or anything similar to the above. Unfortunately, it seems that no many Malaccan is donut lover coz the donut stall only survive about a month in Tesco.

I is sad. :(

Butter Garlic Naan

naan

My stomach is grumbling now and all that is in my mind now is the above Butter Garlic Naan.

Too bad the shop is 15 minutes drive away from my house and it’s 10.43pm now, if not, I would be chewing that bread.

Hungry!!!

Roti John

roti john

One of my favorite supper, Roti John. It must come with the chili sauce to dip, if the stall does not serve the bread with the chili sauce, I won’t buy.

Normally they spread sardines on the bread and toast it.

The best I tried was with beef topping. I think it was at a Pasar Malam at Pantai Puteri. Since then I couldn’t find the same anymore. :(
